Featuring not only the finest fruit and vegetables, bread and dairy but everything you need for your weekly food shop at competitive prices, all under one roof.
The nursery has always operated with the same ethos, prioritising local businesses by sourcing goods from trusted small producers. We have researched, tasted and tested to find only the very fairly traded, ecological, artisan and above all affordable products and have arrived at an offering that is uncompromising in terms of the quality and authenticity of the produce
Fruit and Vegetables
Not to forget our family farming roots we support only small artisan producers based mainly in the South East region. These British growers strive to produce flavoursome varieties of fruit and vegetables over the ‘shelf life’ varieties championed by the supermarkets. From freshly picked bunched carrots, rocket or sweet corn – you can be sure we’ll point you in the direction of the freshest seasonal produce.
Meat
We stock a great selection of fresh meat including Pickle's farm venison and rare breed meat as well as our home reared pork joints and sausages. Macey's Organic, Cookham, delivers fresh ham, bacon and chicken breast and our lamb and beef come from small producers based locally via Vicar's Game who also supply the Windsor Farm Shop . We have specialist meats frozen including marinated chops and stuffed chicken and pork parcels. Perfect for dinner parties! Particular cuts of meat can be pre ordered from us.
Jung's Bread
Greeting you on your arrival is the tantalising smell of Jung's fresh bread, our local baker. Baked from the freshest ingredients and using traditional methods you'll be spoilt for choice with their delicious bread. From bloomers to sunflower seed and wheat free pumpkin bread there are flavours to entice anyone and everyone. With absolutely no additives or preservatives the taste and quality is quite unbelievable.
The farm shop is the newest addition to Pinewood Nurseries; however it marks a return to the production and selling of food products which started at the nursery back in 1982.
The ethos of the farm shop is to support, in as much as possible, British growers who strive to produce flavoursome varieties of fruit and vegetables over the ‘shelf life’ varieties championed by the supermarkets.
Everything is relative – and at Pinewood we ensure that our top produce is provided at a reasonable price to both the grower and the consumer.
We took our time sourcing the products that we sell through the farm shop in order to ascertain stock that was not only exceptional but that could also still be affordable.
As a family run business, and growers ourselves, we are all the more aware of the changing attitudes in recent years towards knowledge of food origin and the quality of food production and we know how important it is to buy food intelligently.

Our bread is made locally by Jungs Bakery and is delivered to us
daily ( except Sundays)
Local free-range eggs from Highclere farm, Chalfont St Giles
Ales from Bedford and Marlow, wine from Sussex to complement our range of English ciders and small selection of European wines.
We work with Vicars Game, Reading to provide ourselves and many other farm shops with local meat, similar to a co-operative. We rear pork and now beef on the nursery and are able to work together with other small producers to keep a constant stock of exceptional quality meat which tastes far superior to anything you would find on a supermarket shelf. As we work together we are able to keep costs down.
Meat today is very topical and we have entrusted the sourcing of our free-range organic selection of to the Maidenhead based Butcher Macey’s Organics. Please take a look at his delicious website as you are able to collect orders from us as we have deliveries weekly from him.

Our cheese supplier is Longmans Cheese who also supplies the Royal Windsor Farmshop. (they are based is Somerset)
Local cooking sauces and marinades from Chan Cham.
We understand the importance of developing and sustaining relationships with our wholesale and
retail customers, and it is always our intention to exhaust all possibilities in order to
satisfy our customers’ requirements.
Although now more refined (!) we feel that we have always maintained a relaxed and
homely atmosphere at Pinewood where everyone is welcome!
